about the artist...
I've been to a lot of places in the U.S. and Florida has the most nuance of them all, from sunsets, beaches, foliage and southern skies, breath taking inland rivers, oaks and palms. Every time I go to the coast even if it is the same beach, it's different. It's like salve for my soul. When I paint I try to include the little things that would make you want to be there. I truly love Florida and hope there is a continued effort to preserve the natural beauty that it offers.
